About
Ananda Kumar Dey is an Enterprise AI, Data, and Cloud Transformation Leader with more than 25 years of global experience and a continuous 10+ year track inside Microsoft's enterprise ecosystem — spanning Microsoft's product analytics, business operations, partner ecosystem, and elite Fast Track BI program.
He currently leads Quadrant Technologies' AI Practice as Sr. Solutions Director — Head of AI Practices, where he founded the firm's AI operating model and architected QDojo, an enterprise-ready AI accelerator marketplace adopted by sales and delivery teams to compress AI engagement cycles by 200%+.
Prior to Quadrant, he served as the lead Enterprise Architect for HCL Technologies inside Microsoft's elite Fast Track Business Intelligence (FTBI) program, where he designed Azure OpenAI-powered Copilot platforms, led zero-downtime Synapse-to-Microsoft Fabric migrations, and authored AI architecture standards adopted across HCL's delivery organization. HCL's Microsoft partnership earned Partner of the Year recognition in 2022 and 2024 during this period.
